High Capacity Cart.

Recently, we’ve seen a growing need for mechanized material transfer systems.  Xilix Systems has designed a system based on a standard platform to fit a variety of material transport requirements.  With our standard platform, we can move up to 10,000 pounds of material with a very simple to operate battery powered cart system.  Using the standard base, the top of the cart can be designed to fit a wide variety of applications.  We have built basic pipe handling systems, but have also installed systems with hydraulically actuated tilting mechanisms for specific material placement.  The standard cart is a walk beside unit, but we can also install operator ride along as an option.
